Terms of payment of Documentary Credit: By 100% confirmed Irrevocable and transferable letter of credit, to be available at sight draft

L/C Available with/by: by any bank in Bangladesh (By negotiation)

Partial &Trans Shipment : Allowed

B/L Clause: Full set of clean on board original bill of lading issued into the order of negotiating bank and endorsed by the same bank in favor of L/C opening bank.

Bill of lading/House Airway bill : issued by freight forwarder Acceptable.

Presentation of Documents: 21 days from the date of bill of lading.

ICC Publications No: L/C must be subject to latest ICC publication
